CaRe High is the registry for patients with familial hypercholesterolemia. Its purpose is to collect data on the course of the disease and the care situation of patients in Germany with the goal of achieving medium-term improvements and standardization in diagnostics and therapy. Cascade screening means that starting from an affected patient (index patient), first and second-degree relatives are examined for FH in order to identify other affected family members (cascade patients). The purpose of this app is to make it easier for study participants to access surveys and information about CaRe High.
